Green Citizen
Promote Circularity
The impact of single-use plastics is devastating - we promote reduced and thoughtful consumption, reuse and recycling, avoidance of excess packaging, sustainable practices and eco-friendly options through interactive show and tell sessions.
We deliver online webinars, podcasts and onsite presentations on sustainability topics in 30 minutes to promote net zero solutions. The topics include: Better Chemicals, Sustainable Diets, Indoor Air Quality, Rainwater Harvesting, Energy Efficient Appliances, etc.
Our AI-based technology platform provides free and paid resources, checklists, and links to green businesses, products and services. The information covers recycling unrecyclables, sourcing native trees/ plants, reusable grocery and produce bags, water bottles, and to-go bento boxes, container gardening, community gardens, composting, DIY fertilizer and pesticide, DIY cleaners, air fresheners, beauty products, native trees and plants, garden to table vegetables, and reuse of lightly used discarded clothes.
We will use the “train the trainer” model for senior citizens and new university graduates (partner with UTD) to deliver education using classroom and elearning aids. We will charge nominal fees to attendees for sessions in order to provide stipends to these instructors, to advance sustainability knowledge and provide employment opportunities.
The outreach for community participation involves businesses, neighborhoods, nonprofits, cities, libraries, senior centers, places of worship, high schools and colleges. Email us with your interest in hosting a session online or onsite.
