Commemorations
The gifted native trees are planted in public parks, to replace those lost through extreme weather or to increase canopy cover. This provides wildlife habitats, clean air, water, food and shade for generations to come. Commemorative donations are a meaningful way to honor people and events while supporting urban forestation. The oldest living organism on earth is a pine tree in California and planting trees is a spiritual way to celebrate!

Mr. Budhram Naktode was a lifelong educator, a dedicated social worker and an avid artist who touched countless lives with his wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment to uplifting others.
Mrs. Parvati Naktode was the heart of the family who filled all lives with love and kindness. Her presence was a gift, and her love remains a guiding light for the family.

K.G. Nayak by Neeta Nayak
The late Dr. K Gopinath Nayak was barely two, when he was afflicted with paralytic polio, and needed nine limb lengthening surgeries. He overcame each painful step and became a high caliber athlete - winning trophies in tennis, table tennis and served as captain of his varsity cricket team.
Disappointed at being barred from joining the Indian Air Force due to disability, he chose another demanding profession - surgery! He worked for over 40 years as a surgeon, professor and dean of academia until his untimely demise at age 69 of cancer. His legacy lives on in thousands of his accomplished students!
