This Mother’s Day, give back to nature! Join @SAAVETXEF and @oneearthonechance to keep our parks and waterways clean, protect wildlife, and build a healthier community.

Here’s what you will do:

Walk around the park with grabbers and gloves, picking up any litter you see

What to wear: Thick-soled, closed-toe shoes (waterproof boots/waders for creeks); long pants, long-sleeved shirt, and a hat. Use sun protection and bug repellant.

What to bring: Water in a reusable bottle and sling

A litter cleanup can be hard work, but fun at the same time! Take a moment to enjoy the beauty of nature, observe plants and wildlife, but do not disturb them.

Leave No Trace: leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but memories.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a reusable water bottle to help us reduce waste at all our events.
