Walk with grabbers, gloves, and safety vests, picking up litter. Help us protect our parks and wildlife, keep our waterways clean, learn environmental responsibility, and build a healthier community.

Here’s what you will do:

Walk around the park with grabbers and gloves, picking up any litter you see.

Post videos or pictures of "Strange Items You Found?" on social media and tag us.

What to wear: Thick-soled, closed-toe shoes(waterproof boots and waders for creeks); Long pants, long-sleeved shirt and a hat. Use sun protection and bug repellant.

What to bring: Water in a reusable bottle and sling;

A litter cleanup can be hard work, but fun at the same time! Remember to take a moment and really see the beauty of nature. A variety of animals, insects and plants live in our parks and creeks, so observe but do not disturb. Leave No Trace: Leave nothing but footprints, take nothing but memories. Receive annual awards and service hours for events attended. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
