Habitat restoration in Frisco with Frisco High School and Centennial High School
One Earth One Chance is partnering with Blackland Prairie Master Naturalists and City of Frisco to plant native perennials and grasses that are well adapted to the local habitat to halt invasive species takeover, restore a pollinator park and prevent erosion!
Help us create thriving prairie habitats that support wildlife in the urban environment using native plants. These plants require less water, need no artificial fertilizers, and are vital for providing food and shelter to wildlife. By creating a habitat, you’re contributing to wildlife conservation and ensuring their survival.
What we will do:
*remove invasive and non-native plants,
*install native plants, and,
*add compost and mulch.
