Grow Together in McKinney with UTD JSOM
Join us as we plant 445 native plants at Monarch Gardens. The garden serves as an educational space designed to support pollinators and our local ecosystem.
The event is open to the public, and volunteers can earn hours pulling weeds, spreading mulch, and planting the garden. It also offers learning opportunities about native and drought-tolerant gardening, water conservation, watershed protection, and the importance of planting natives for insects, birds, and other wildlife.
Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a first-time planter, come get your hands dirty and help grow a healthier, more vibrant habitat for our pollinators and wildlife!
